Join us on Paignton Sea Front next Summer for free family entertainment at Torbay Carnival from 21st to 29th July 2012 --- We are not a Council event but part-funded by donations from Local Businesses and run by Local Volunteers --- Entertainment for Everyone to enjoy whilst raising money for local organisations.
