3 Ways to Join Torbay Carnival Week
Following the success of Carnival Week 2007, we are planning an even better event for 2008. If you would like to help us or join in, please visit the Contact Us page.
1. Show your local produce
We are looking for people who want to display their hand-made gifts, cards, paintings, jewellery or home-produce. The marquee is open every day for Carnival but choose the days to suit you. Have your own set space (out of the sun, or the rain!) with the opportunity to sell to the hundreds of tourists and locals who visit us during Carnival week.
2. Are you a local charity?
Raise awareness and sell your wares to raise money at Torbay Carnival Week for free. Torbay Carnival aims to provide entertainment whilst raising money for charities and local organisations. Help us to help your charity by offering a public forum to show the importance of the work you do.
3. Your Carnival needs you!
Can you give an hour or two to support Torbay Carnival Week? We need volunteers for all sorts of jobs, from helping us make teas and coffees in the Craft marquee, people to shake collecting tins or marshals for the music and procession nights. Whether its an hour or a day, you can help us make Carnival week a success and raise more money for charities and local organisations. See the Contact us page.
